Do I own my domain, or do you?
You do — 100%. You buy your own domain (about $12/year) in your own account, and it stays in your name forever. We only help you point it at your site. We never log into, control, or touch your domain account.
Will you ever need my domain login or password?
No — never. Pointing a domain doesn't require handing over your account. We walk you through a couple of settings on your end, or you add us with limited access if your registrar supports it. Your account stays yours alone.
What if I already have a domain or an old website?
No problem. We can build on your existing domain — you keep full control of it — and replace the old site. If you're not sure what you have, tell us and we'll sort it out with you.
Where should I buy my domain?
Any major registrar works — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, or Porkbun are all good, low-cost options. It's usually about $12/year. Buy it in your own name and you're set.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The only agreement covers the build itself. After launch you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime — you keep your domain, no penalties.
Will my monthly price ever go up?
No. It's a flat $75/mo for one-page and $99/mo for multi-page, and it stays that way. No intro tricks, no step-ups.
What's the difference between one-page and multi-page?
A one-page site ($650) puts everything on a single scrolling page — perfect for a simple, clear presence. Multi-page ($999) gives you 2 to 8 separate pages — more room for your story and much stronger SEO, since each page can target a different service or search.
How long until my site is live?
Most sites go live in about two weeks from when you send your details and photos. The more complete your materials, the faster we launch.
How do changes and edits work?
Just email us your changes — new hours, menu, photos, prices — and we make them once a week. No dashboards or page-builders for you to learn. It's all handled.
What if I want to cancel, or come back later?
Cancel anytime after launch, no penalty — you keep your domain. If you leave and later want your site back up, there's a one-time $200 reactivation fee so we don't rebuild from scratch.
Can I eventually own the whole site?
Yes. A one-time $800 buyout lets you own the site outright and take all the files with you, anytime.
Do you do logos and branding too?
Yes — logo and brand design is available. Just mention it when you start your project and we'll fold it in.
Are you local? Can I actually reach a person?
Yes on both. We're based in North Jersey and you'll deal with a real, local person — not a call center or a chatbot. When you need something, you reach a human.
